Is the Stick Check actually made in Canada?
Yes, it's 100% made in Canada! Our manufacturing of the Stick Check takes place in and around Vancouver, BC. We're extremely proud of the fact we manufacturer the Stick Check in Canada and the quality it stands for as a result.
I see there is a warranty mentioned. What is the warranty?
Our warranty is a 90 day limited warranty covering all manufacturer defects. This does not include abuse of the rack, such as when you're a bit fired up after a tough loss and decide to beat on it. Since 2005 we offered our warranty and never have issues, but we are here to look after you if need be. If you purchased your Stick Check at your local store, please visit them and they will look after you.

Do you offer in-store pickup?
As we are primarily a manufacturer and wholesale our products to stores, pro shops, etc we do not have a physical retail store. We are 100% based online.
Where do your online orders ship from?
Depending on where the order is going, we currently ship from two locations: Vancouver and Penticton. Both are located in beautiful British Columbia, Canada and offer strategic locations to get you your products as fast as possible. See more on the next question.
How fast will I get my Stick Check order?
We try to ship everything within 4 hours or less of receiving your online order! However, holidays we do tend to visit the rink too much or consume the odd festive beverage, so holidays may impact this and ship the next business day. We also ship weekends, so all orders get moving ASAP to you! We do everything within our power to get you each order as soon as possible.
For USA orders, we've partnered with a great shipping company that drives the parcels over the Canadian border nightly and into the USA, so most orders arrive in the USA within 2-5 business days! Within Canada, time frame will vary from 1 business day to about 7 business days, depending on your postal code. All orders ship via Canada Post.
Do I get tracking with my order?
Most definitely! Each and every order shipped by us at www.StickCheck.com comes with a tracking number and will be sent to you via email or text.
Where's your phone number?
We don't have one! We do all of our work via email; we can be reached 24/7 at info@stickcheck.com.
Can I buy the Stick Check in my local pro shop or store?
Absolutely! Please go visit your local store, see if they have it, and if not, tell them to get on it... they can reach out to us at info@stickcheck.com to setup an account and start carrying the Stick Check.
What's your return policy?
We have a 7-day return policy if you are not satisfied with your purchase (7 days from the time you receive your product in the mail). Full details can be found here.
