Shipping Costs on Returns: It is the buyer's responsibility to pay the return cost of shipping, and you are not refunded your original shipping costs. You will be refunded the item's purchase price, but not the shipping you paid for the order.
Item Condition: Items that are being returned must be in ABSOLUTELY BRAND NEW AND UNUSED/UNOPENED CONDITION; there are no exceptions to this. Additionally, all original boxes, bags, packaging and literature must be in new condition, unopened, and included with the returned product. Please make sure the items you wish to return meet these criteria prior to proceeding. This helps keep your prices low and our expenses to a minimum, which means we can keep bringing you great Stick Check products at low prices along with great service. We are not a big box store and get rebates for returns; we cannot return what you open or use, therefore, we cannot refund or accept returns on what you have opened or used.
Free shipping promo: If you were eligible for our free shipping promotion and received free shipping on your original purchase, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount if the total purchase is now under $100. For example, you spend $125 and return $50 worth of goods, your total order value is only $75. You will no longer be qualified for the free shipping promo, and shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount. If you spent $150 and returned $40 worth of goods, you're still eligible for free shipping and won't be charged of course.

Returned merchandise must be in original condition, and include all factory packed accessories and paperwork in the original manufacturer bag/box and packaging with UPC, barcode, and serial number. Please take special care when opening the Stick Check retail box (if applicable on your product).
We encourage customers to use either USPS or Canada Post to return items so there won't be any import fees (import fees are charged when using FedEx, UPS, or Purolator). If a customer chooses to use a carrier other than USPS or Canada Post and import charges are billed to Stick, customer is responsible for these fees; the amount will be deducted from your refund. We strongly advise customers to use a traceable shipping method for their own protection and use USPS/Canada Post.
